Important Notes

A spot in class will be saved for you only after you have completed payment. Once payment is received for class it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please plan to attend all class dates as each class builds on the last. There are no make ups available for missed classes.

PLEASE NOTE: We allow our students to bring children 7yrs of age and older to attend our group classes along with their pups. The excitability of being in a room full of other pups and many additional people as well can be overwhelming for most younger kiddos as well as distracting to other class participants and our instructors. Adults are required to ensure that children stay in their assigned area for class, and do not allow them to move about the room where other pups and their humans are working. As in a human school classroom there can be no running, jumping, or yelling in class as this can be a trigger to some dogs.

For safety reasons as well as comfort level for the group as a whole, we require that all pups are leash handled by an adult only. A child is able to participate in training with their adult as long as the child is under their guidance at all times. Adults will receive one-on-one instruction as trainers come around the classroom. If adults choose, they may teach and guide the child to practice once they have practiced themselves.

Devices can only be brought to class to occupy a child if used with headphones as to not distract with electronic noises.

Participation of all kiddos in class will always be at the discretion of instructors’ experience with that particular child (7yo+) being able to safely participate in the class without adding to the distraction level/s of humans and/or pups in the training space.
