How to Register
In order to reserve your place, you will need to complete and submit a registration form and pay in full. If you are registering less than 24 hours before the class begins, please contact us via email at power@bark-n-roll.com to see if last minute registration is possible.
The registration form contains important Vaccination, Training Agreement and Liability Release information. Please complete and sign using our online form.
In addition, we need a proof of up-to-date vaccinations (a hard copy or pdf of letter or detailed receipt) from your vet that we keep on file.
There are two ways to register: online with a credit card payment; or online and following up by sending a check or dropping it off (in the black box in front of the building).

Payment in full MUST be received before a spot is held in the requested course. Please mail or drop off check in black mail box at front of building.
